Task

  1. Listen to lecturer explanations about the lessons and robot.
  2. Form a team of 2-3 members. You should do you work in one team in all the following lessons (if possible).
  3. Then have look at the robot manual.
  4. All tasks have the same structure: task, final solution and program codes – remember to check the given program codes in the BotCommander program folder
  5. Calibrate the Boe-bot with standstill code. Try to understand the code.
  6. Take the moving forward and backward code and program the robot to move forwards and backwards.
  7. The main task is to program the robot so that it will move along the track at least one lap. In order to do that use the sub-program code.
  8. Show your completed task to the lecturer.
  9. Answer the form questions and submit the answers. Not submitting answers means you didn’t participate in the class.
  10. Save your codes for future use and report!
  11. Give feedback about the lesson, lecturer, equipment etc.
  12. Return the hardware (robot, cable, dongle), logout, restore order in your workplace.
